The Modern Mystery School removes itself from all liability for actions or information presented by certified or uncertified Guides, Teachers, Healers, and Life Activation Practitioners. While a student may receive certification through our organization, they are not nor can be recognized as official staff or representatives of the Modern Mystery School. They are not employed by MMS and are not authorized to present themselves as representatives of our organization. By using a certified or uncertified Guide, Teacher, Healer, or Life Activation Practitioner, you agree to release the Modern Mystery School from all liability that may or may not arise from such services or teachings received.
All current students, both certified or uncertified, are not permitted to advertise or represent themselves as administration or staff of the Modern Mystery School without prior written consent, subject to the approval of the Modern Mystery School's international administration located in Toronto, Canada. - Refund Policy
The Modern Mystery School reserves the right to decide the final outcome in all cases where a refund is requested. By using our services or taking a class or program we provide, you agree to forego any refunds for classes, instruction, materials, returns, or services received through the Modern Mystery School, its affiliates, partners, or students. Refunds are not common and will not be issued for any classes, instruction, programs, or services already received. - Certification of Students
Students who are certified are subject to yearly re-certification. If a student does not attend or pass their certification they will be removed from this site. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information presented on this site concerning certified students, healers, Guides, or Teachers. - Violation of MMS Policies, Terms, and Conditions
The Modern Mystery School reserves the right to take any and all legal action for those individuals, groups, companies, professionals, non-professionals, organizations, partners, or students that violate our policies or terms and conditions, both listed on this site and not listed on this site. Legal action may be taken to the full extent of the law.
Students who violate these terms and conditions or our policies are subject to immediate revocation of their certification and status as a student. - Disputes and Resolution
In any case where a dispute arises or a resolution is needed, you agree by using this site to release the Modern Mystery School of any and all liability as well as releasing your right to engage in unnecessary legal disputes and suits as determined by the extent of the law.
In the event that a legal dispute is required, all cases shall be determined in a court of law located in Utah, U.S.A. In any case, the court's decision shall be final, and judgment may only be entered in a court of law located in Utah, U.S.A. In the event that the Modern Mystery School is favored in a suit or legal dispute, the opposing party agrees to be responsible for all arbitration and court costs, reasonable attorney's fees, and legal interest on any award or judgment.
